I went to Ames to use the internet to visit that company website. It is a Chinese company in fact. Most of their web pages are written in Chinese. I printed some pages and then went to school.

After class, I told Sabrina this message and encourage her to apply a position in this company. Then I began to prepare my interview.

I read a book in the school library about interview. Amazing! I never thought interview could be such a large project. There are so many things need to be done for interview. It’s impossible for me to get everything. But I do need learn some skills about it.

According to their question list, I tried to ask some question on myself. It is a new company. So what is the most important thing for a new company? How to build and keep fame for the company? …

At 5.20, I arrived at this company. 5 minutes later, another manager show me his office and we begin to the interview. His questions are mainly on how to do after sale service. It seems he agree with my answers because he nod much. Finally he told me, your English is very good and you can explain things to clients. And this is the first interview, you may have another one next week. But according to this company regulate, the first month you work here as a volunteer, which means no salary. From 2^nd month to 4^th month, you are trial member here with pay, then you could get the job.

I said, I can understand you and I will be glad to hear from you.

How to say, I do not think it a good choice for me. I prefer to a part time job while they don’t have more part time jobs. And I guess they are just trying to use free labors to work for them. If they really gave me the offer, I could accept the volunteer position no more than 3 days. And the trial period is 1 month at most.
