Last night, I came to an oral agreement with Ms. Kiang, a boss of fishes and chips, that I will rent her room at 5. She was from TianJin 18 years ago. Now she runs a fishes and chips business with her daughter, is a table tennis player of Australia National Team. She will take a part in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

The flat is close to the shop. It is very old building that I ever worried about it may collapse soon. The only advantage is the room is well served by public transportation. I think if I got a job in the city or suburban, I need not change it. Roughly, I must move out of the present one. I do not want to break my promise.

This morning I went to Winfield Street to the garage sale. It opens every Sunday from January to October. I was going to buy a Melway, a helmet and a wok. Unfortunately, I got a wok only. I was not going to buy a new helmet because it costs more than 20 dollars. While my bicycle costs only 10. So should I get a new helmet? As for Melway, it is not most needed at this moment. So I could have one after a few of weeks.

I went to Rafe’s house for lunch. And I ever thought I could ask his wife to have my hair cut, but we did not get the chance. His landlord was there so that it was not so free to do that. They installed new ventilation machine for cooking. The landlord just bought this house in the early year at $ 1 million. He was from shanghai, as we all know, shanghai residence are famous for reckons. Probably, they made a profitable investment again.

I went to Bullen to see a room recommended by a classmate this morning. She said if I did not move in, she would take this room. So I’d like to pay a visit. The landlord here is a Vietnamese, who got married with an Australia gentleman 5 years ago. But last year, her husband died, she only get a half of the house. Feeling too empty, she likes to look for another housemate. I have to admit it is really a good house, big, spacious, furnitured and close to bus stop. However, this lady hopes me can pay one half of the rental. It is impossible for me. Anyway, it is a bit far from railway station.

Tomorrow I will move out. This is the last night I live here. Ok, call it a day.
